Dr. Gina Hopkins-Calligan is a fellowship-trained epileptologist and board-certified neurologist who completed her neurology residency and epilepsy fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute, one of the country’s leading centers for neurological care. She spent six years providing neurological care at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, where she served as Deputy Chief of Neurology.
She founded Sonoran Epilepsy because she believes every person with epilepsy deserves access to a specialist who understands it fully. She is passionate about empowering patients and families with the knowledge and tools to live fully with epilepsy.
